Freezing Facilities
We offer to you the services of our industrial freezer. Measuring 4m long x 2m wide x 3m high, it is able to hold a large capacity of ice and bait, as well as any bumper catch that you may bring in.
Believe it or not, freezing fish can actually damage the meat. Domestic freezing simply does not act fast enough to prevent large ice crystals forming in the flesh of a fish. These jagged crystals can puncture the delicate tissues, resulting in the loss of texture, juices and flavour of your catch.
Our freezing facilities will ensure that your prized catch receives the attention it warrants. Our freezer is able to snap freeze any catch in 20 minutes.
